At The-Back.Space, our primary goal is to detect and correct joint misalignment and restrictions caused by everyday activities. By addressing these issues, we help individuals lead healthier, happier lives with less pain and limitation.

Our modern lifestyles force us to endure poor ergonomics, leading to a relentless onslaught of joint problems. Whether it’s poor sleeping habits, imperfect posture, carrying a wallet in our back pocket, shouldering a purse, or spending hours staring at screens, it feels like the world is designed to antagonize our bodies. This results in asymmetrical muscle development, misaligned joints, irritated connective tissues, and stressed nerves, all contributing to what we call Vertebral Subluxation.

Our mission at The-Back.Space is to correct subluxated joints and reduce their negative impact on the body’s ability to adapt to stress. With regular chiropractic care, people experience improved health, better functionality, and reduced pain and restrictions.

The most effective correction method for Subluxation is called an “Adjustment.” This involves applying a thrust to the misaligned area in the opposite direction of the misalignment. The hallmark “popping” sound of an Adjustment, often seen and heard on social media, indicates a successful correction. If your Subluxation is linked to how you’re feeling, you’ll likely notice an improvement after your very first chiropractic session. However, not all adjustments produce this popping sound, as the force and tools used can vary.

We customize each person’s care based on their response, and although results vary, many report feeling noticeably better in a short period. For most, chiropractic care is the ideal form of spinal health prevention and maintenance. Visit frequency depends on many factors, but people typically begin with regular sessions.
